Mark Jennis is a senior executive, strategic advisor, and coach with more than 40 years of global leadership experience across financial services, fintech, and large-scale organizational transformation.

He has held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Bankers Trust, and Depository Trust Clearing Corporation (DTCC), was Founder and Executive Chairman of a global fintech company based in London, and served as a global business head at innovative fintech start-ups in Silicon Valley and the New York metropolitan area.

Mark has led and managed high-performing, multicultural teams across China, Japan, the United Kingdom, Belgium, India, and North America. He is widely recognized for driving complex, regulatory-driven change and for delivering award-winning solutions across collateral management, liquidity, risk, operations, and enterprise platforms. Mark has also published extensively within the financial services industry and has received multiple industry awards, including Global Custodian’s Securities Services Hall of Fame-2013 Legend.

Throughout his career, Mark has partnered closely with senior executives, boards, regulators, and global stakeholders to design and implement strategic initiatives spanning business development, fintech partnerships, market entry, and large-scale operational and digital transformation. His advisory work has included supporting global banks, technology firms, private equity, and growth-stage companies on initiatives related to collateral and liquidity optimization, KYC, enterprise risk, and innovation strategy.

As a coach, Mark focuses on supporting students, emerging leaders, and professionals to progress and succeed in international organizations. He has established and led formal mentoring programs in multiple organizations, demonstrating a consistent commitment to developing talent and building strong leadership pipelines. More recently, Mark has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence and mentor at his alma mater, Brandeis University, coaching student and faculty entrepreneurs as they launch and scale new ventures.

In addition to his corporate, advisory, and coaching work, Mark is actively engaged in community service. His volunteer activities include coaching small local businesses, mentoring high school students, and supporting Meals on Wheels, reflecting his strong commitment to community engagement and service.

Mark holds an MBA in Computer & Information Systems from NYU Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
