Additionally, Carrie has guided prominent holding companies, agencies, and clients in understanding and investing in multicultural audiences, as an active member of the Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM) from 2018 to 2022. In her most recent corporate role, Carrie served as Head of Global Agencies and Ad Operations, supporting X’s multi-billion-dollar advertising business across North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa territories, where she restructured and transformed teams during a period of significant organizational and market change.
