Dan Lozovatsky is a technology leader, project management executive, and career coach with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges, build high-performing teams, and achieve ambitious goals.

Professionally, Dan has led strategic initiatives at organizations including Microsoft, Bank of America, AT & T, Lumen Technologies, and other Fortune 500 companies. His experience spans enterprise technology, software development, financial services, digital transformation, and global program management. Over the years, Dan has led hundreds of individual projects, both strategic and tactical, across these industries and functions.

In his current role, Dan manages a $16 million-dollar technology portfolio, partnering with senior business and engineering leaders to prioritize projects, hire and allocate resources to those projects, and deliver measurable strategic outcomes. Dan interviews potential team members at all experience levels, building large multi-disciplinary teams, including specialized skills such as cybersecurity and AI integration, to complete these initiatives. Additionally, he mentors junior team members, both locally and offshore.

Since 2017, Dan has coached MCI students and early-career professionals through more than 300 one-on-one coaching sessions. Working primarily with international candidates, he is keenly aware of their specific needs and challenges, building on years of experience to help them demonstrate their value to potential employers and navigate career transitions with clarity and confidence.

Having earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Finance, Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Dan also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He enjoys mentoring professionals at every stage of their careers, from students entering the workforce to experienced leaders pursuing their next opportunity.
