Chloe is a financial services professional with nearly two decades of management experience in premier institutions including Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BOA) and Scotiabank (a $38.5B global entity with 90K employees), leading US and UK Business Controls and Supervision within Investment and Corporate Banking. Chloe’s leadership progression through 6+ levels culminated in her most recent role as Executive Director at Wells Fargo, with experience also including Head of the EMEA region at BOA.

While spearheading global projects (such as establishing global consistency for executive management reporting), Chloe also led a large executive-level team encompassing Asia Pacific, Latin America, and EMEA. Additionally, Chloe headed a senior-executive level international effort to optimize bank-wide promotional standards.

Previously, as a Senior Consultant with management consulting firm Traxion Group, Chloe consulted at a leading global alternative asset management firm with $80B+ in assets under management. In heading their annual investor audit, Chloe navigated complex relationships across 10 teams spanning the US, the UK and Asia.

Demonstrating her cross-cultural expertise, Chloe was twice recognized by the BOA CEO with the Diversity & Inclusion Award for Exemplary Leadership, as one of 20, out of 200K employees globally, to receive this award. Chloe also twice received the “Best of the Best” Award for “amplifying Scotiabank’s purpose and strategy,” while fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture. In this capacity, Chloe was one of 20, among 90K employees globally, to receive such recognition.

Chloe’s broad skill set includes a M.S., Management from University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign and a Graduate Organizational Behavior Certificate from Harvard Extension School. She is also a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Coach and Membership Committee volunteer on the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Advisory Board.

Chloe has traveled extensively through Europe and Asia, both working and volunteering in counties including China, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, and Malaysia, among others.
