Leslie Goldstone is a global technology and program leadership professional with 25+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with broad organizational impact. She has led large-scale programs, shaped strategic direction, and guided teams through significant organizational and technological change.
At Baxter International, a $11B+ healthcare company with operations in 100+ countries, Leslie advanced through seven progressive roles, culminating in responsibility as Center of Excellence Leader/Senior Manager.
Known for building trusted partnerships and leading high-performing global teams, Leslie helps organizations improve processes and deliver measurable results through data, technology, and execution. She earned her PMP® in 2009, Six Sigma Green Belt in 2019, and PgMP® in 2022. Additionally, Leslie gained Business Process Management Practitioner Certification in 2024 and obtained a Generative AI Overview of Project Managers Badge, through the Project Management Institute, in 2026.
Leslie has led enterprise initiatives across key business functions including IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Legal, Regulatory, and Clinical. Her experience spans multiple industry verticals including life sciences, electronics, technology, and education, with global stakeholder engagement across Asia (China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia), Australia, Europe, and North America.
Most recently, Leslie served as Director of Process Mining at HARMAN International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, with operations in 29+ countries, where she established a Process Mining Center of Excellence (CoE), trained the enterprise, and coached business leaders to identify quantifiable process improvements and track ROI from transformation initiatives.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Leslie is passionate about mentoring and coaching. She has served as a volunteer coach and mentor through the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation (MCWT), PMI Chicagoland, Year Up Chicago, and MentorHER. Moreover, Leslie created a global mentoring program, spanning multiple business functions, within Baxter International. In 2025, Leslie founded Advice with Purpose, where she leverages her broad leadership experience to provide career-focused coaching that empowers professionals to achieve their career goals. While having written several blogs related to AI, change management, and project management, she is also a project management trainer for PMI’s CAPM® and PMP® certifications.
