Maria brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across the financial sector, client advisory, and strategic relationship management. Throughout her career, she has advised and coached high-performing executives, professionals, and multi-generational families, building a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful guidance, individualized support, and a high standard of service.
Currently serving as a Senior Vice President, Senior Wealth Manager at Lido Advisors, Maria counsels high-net-worth clients on complex financial and long-term planning matters, while cultivating trusted client relationships. Prior to Lido, she held senior-level positions at several companies, including working for over a decade at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman, Maria supported ultra-high-net-worth clients, led client service teams, trained and mentored junior professionals, and partnered across functions to deliver strategic solutions in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Earlier in her career, Maria acted as Assistant Director of the NYC Health Literacy Fellowship in the Office of the Mayor of New York City, where she co-led a fellowship of medical students, guiding them to become educators to Chinese in English as a Second Language Adult Education classrooms. This experience honed Maria’s ability to teach, mentor, and translate complex ideas into practical, accessible guidance, which are skills that continue to shape her coaching style today.
Maria’s professional background gives her deep insight into personal and professional development, leadership presence, communication skills, interviewing agility, workplace expectations, and navigation of demanding environments in the West. In addition to having collaborated with teams in India, Maria supported clients (expats on assignment) in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and London. On a personal level, Maria has also hosted 4 international students from Italy, including one Chinese-speaker, as au pairs.
Earning her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Pace University in New York City, Maria graduated summa cum laude with minors in Economics and Italian. She also holds several financial industry licenses and speaks fluent Italian.
