Lori is an executive leader with broad experience spanning consulting, strategic planning, finance, operations, technology, organizational development, leadership development, and customer experience. Throughout her career, she has led complex cross-functional initiatives focused on improving organizational performance and developing future leaders, providing valuable insight into the knowledge, skills, and professional qualities organizations seek when hiring, developing, and advancing talent.
Most recently, Lori served as Executive Director, Enterprise Patient Experience at the Cleveland Clinic, one of the world's leading healthcare systems, an approximately $18 billion international organization with more than 83,000 caregivers worldwide. As part of the organization's enterprise transformation efforts, she partnered with executive leaders to advance strategic initiatives involving operations, customer experience, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and continuous performance improvement.
Lori's commitment to developing leaders extended beyond her executive role through her work as faculty for the Cleveland Clinic's Emerging Leaders Program and Global Executive Education. In this capacity, she designed and delivered leadership programs for emerging and aspiring leaders while contributing to internal and external consulting initiatives throughout the United States and internationally. She also collaborated with consulting firms to develop technology solutions, implement data-driven improvement initiatives, and create education and training programs that strengthened organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining the Cleveland Clinic, Lori served as Vice President of Mission Services for the American Lung Association of the Midland States, where she led initiatives across operations, marketing, communications, education, research, advocacy, partnership development, and workforce development, further broadening her executive experience across multiple business functions and industries.
Coupled with her executive background, Lori holds professional coaching credentials as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Career Management Coach, and Certified Strengths Coach. She also holds a Master of Business Administration and completed executive leadership training through Case Western Reserve University's Executive Management Series in Healthcare.
